Q: How can I place an order?
A: Simply add your favourite items to the cart and proceed to checkout. We accept all major debit/credit cards and PayPal.
Q: Can I customise my tote bag or accessories?
A: Yes! Selected products allow personalisation (for example, crystal charms or text design). Customisation options will be shown on the product page.
Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Most of our designs are limited editions. However, popular items may be restocked. You can subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. For remote areas, it may take a little longer.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship across the UK. We are planning to expand to Europe soon.
Q: How much is the shipping fee?
A: Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Orders above £50 qualify for free UK shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please note that customised products are non-returnable (unless faulty).
Q: How do I request a return?
A: Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item if damaged. We will guide you through the process.

Q: How does the reward program work?
A: You earn points every time you shop, review, or refer a friend.
£1 spent = 5 points
100 points = £1 discount
Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: At checkout, you’ll see an option to apply your points to get a discount.
Q: Do my points expire?
A: Points are valid for 12 months from the date you earn them.
Q: How does the referral program work?
A: Share your unique referral link with friends. When they make their first purchase, you’ll receive 100 points (£1) and they’ll also enjoy bonus points.
